Technical and Eligibility |
Protests
A rider wishing to protest an alleged infringement by another competitor must:
| a |
Obtain the support of two other competitors racing in the same race |
| b |
Politely notify the competitor alleged to be in breach and seek to resolve the matter privately, in the presence of the other two competitors. |
| c |
Failing agreement, submit in writing to the organisers within 1 hour of b) taking place brief details of the protest (and any defence offered) signed by the protestor and the two other competitors. |
| d |
The organisers will invite all parties to submit written evidence in a prescribed form and time scale. Based on that evidence the organisers will adjudicate. Any protest upheld could (at the organisers discretion) ultimately result in the rider concerned being excluded from the Series and forfeiting all points and entry fees. The organisers decision is final and binding. |
Penalties
Infringements of any of the above will result in championship points being docked or exclusion from the meeting/Series, or both at the organisers total discretion, the organisers decision to be final and binding.

Black leathers are strongly encouraged
